When will my order ship?

Our Fine Art Prints, Stationary & Accessory Products are produced once ordered. Please allow 3-5 days for print production before shipping. You will receive an email with order tracking information once the product is ready to shipped.

Where do you ship to?

Currently shipping is available for all products including Art Prints, Accessories and Stationary items for the United States, Canada, Australia & New Zealand only.

Products

What paper and inks are used to produce your Fine Art Prints?

All our Fine Art Prints are printed on Aquarelle Rag Paper, a 100% cotton acid-free, PH-neutral paper with a watercolor texture and matte finish. The texture is produced with an ARCHES® traditional mould and the natural grain of this paper beautifully displays pure whites for clarity and contrast of highlights and mid-tones. Our prints are printed on a giclee ink-jet printer using lightfast archival pigment inks. We use a professional photographic print lab in the United States to ensure our Fine Art Prints meet the highest archival standards with superior surfaces, distinct textures, a luxurious feel, and substantial longevity that keeps your images beautiful for years to come.

How are your frames made?

Our beautiful frames are high in quality and craftsmanship, with each frame being individually hand made upon ordering. Our print lab custom makes each frame in house professionally mounting and framing your art prints so they arrive ready to hang.

Do you sell original art prints?

Currently I do not sell any of the original art prints listed on this website under the Abstract Art Prints and Floral Art Print categories. I do plan to offer original art for purchase in the near future.

Where do you source your Accessory & Stationary Products?

We have partnered with one of the top Print-On-Demand companies in the United States who offer an extensive product catalogue along with supply choices based on product quality and rating. This allows us to choose higher quality product options to ensure our designs are placed on the superior quality products our customers deserve.

How accurate are the colors shown in your photos?

Please note, as all monitors are different, be aware that the colors you see on screen may be slightly different than the actual item.

Patterns & Licensing

How are your patterns created?

Each pattern is hand painted using a mixed media process including watercolor, gouche, acrylic inks, acrylic paint, pens, luminance pencils and geli-plate to name a few. I have several different process for hand painting my designs and personally digitize and edit each one creating my own unique pattern designs.

Do you license your pattern designs?

Absolutely! I love seeing my patterns come to life and bring a sense of joy and inspiration to people's lives.

Do you do commission patterns and art prints?

Currently I do not offer any commissioned pattern or art print services. I do plan to offer this in the near future.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We produce products that are unique and only produced once ordered. Therefore we do not support returns or exchanges if the customer has ordered the wrong size, color or simply changed their mind.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Our suppliers state they take the utmost care with packaging and delivery of products, and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know as soon as possible by emailing us your order number, a description of the damage and a clear photo of the issue to info@dianabojec.com A replacement or refund will be issued upon approval.
